This is currently a free service offered without limitations. We reserve the right to alter this agreement at any time required.

Users that abuse the service in any way will be blocked. This includes, but is not limited to, overloading the servers, uploading objectionable content, or other actions which inhibit use of the service by other users.

We use Google Analytics to help us improve the site by seeing the browsers and technology of our users. At no point do we collect personally identifiable information, nor do we harvest and sell information about our users.

The data you enter into the customizer, including codes, artist name, album title, etc, is at no point tracked, logged, or otherwise saved by us in any capacity, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF template importing / exporting, which creates a .DCC file on our servers when you download or upload a template. This template contains any and all data you enter into the customizer with the exception of your codes, which are not saved.

We employ a custom data logging system which is tied to a small amount of site functions and actions. It logs the timestamp, anonymous IP address, and the name of the action/function clicked, with no personally identifiable information or other private data being saved.

Reproduction of the website code in any capacity is strictly prohibited, except for scripts which explicitly list usage under an open source license.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
